Brant Clifton reports on his website that Greensboro area radio personality Bill Flynn is dropping out of the Republican primary race for Kay Hagan’s Senate seat.  The decision is apparently based on weak polling numbers and campaign debt, exacerbated by the recent resignation of his campaign manager.
