Eighty years ago, lots of people stopped singing “How Dry I Am” when the prohibition years (14 of them) officially came to a close, thus ending one of the earlier failures at government regulation of morality and behavior.  A worse failure than ObamaCare?  Time will tell, but color me skeptical.
